  • Yes, all identification and legal permits are reviewed and checked before we accept a candidate into the Bastian roster.


  • Matching the right candidate may take weeks or months, depending on your needs. We’ll let you know early if any issues arise with availability or compensation.

  • Most of our candidates come from referrals by Smart Sitting (our sister brand) clients and candidates. We also engage in outreach within staffing communities, partner with professional groups like the Personal Assistant Association, and advertise in various publications and career sites. We're always interviewing new talent to grow our database.

  • Our clients will be paying the candidates directly, as Bastian Staffing does not handle payment services. Please contact our support line if you require more information
